That's how we're building Basket Case — a café and grocer in Salemtown, on the corner of 5th and Buchanan. Coffee in the morning, dinner ingredients at 6pm, and a bottle of something good for the porch on a Friday.

We chose the name because it felt honest. Running a household is a lot. Running a small business is a lot. We figured the least we could do was put it on the sign.

Stop by for the espresso, stay for the produce, leave with the kind of haul that makes a Tuesday feel a little better.
